Signing this because literally since school I feel like I’ve been conditioned into the idea that 9-5 day jobs are the best and almost only things out there. Fast forward 16 years I’ve been self-employed for the last 5 and I’m so much happier.

Didn’t think I’d ever need to sign something like this but in my current job my co-worker is leaving, and they’re trying to make me absorb all his work instead of replacing him. Am I getting a pay rise? No. I’m not even getting a promotion, or new title. The hierarchy of 9-5s are terrible seriously.
