Intellectual Property Rights for work provided through Revolancer

It is Revolancer’s default position that any freelancer selling work through the platform should, on completion of purchase, assign all associated intellectual property associated with the project to the client purchasing the project. This should take place as soon as possible after completion of the project and full payment from the client. If, for any reason, a freelancer is unable or unwilling to assign any IP rights created during the completion of the project, this should be clearly communicated and agreed between the involved parties at the earliest opportunity.
