Do you bill hourly or at a set price?
It depends on your needs and the project at hand; if there's a strict budget, it can be better to time-limit the delivery and go for a fixed price. Otherwise, I bill hourly in half-day blocks.
Why does your profile say maximum 90 days to deliver
This is to allow the maximum possible time on the profile - the reality is that we will set out a schedule for delivery of the product, which we will adhere to.
