What is moderated user testing?
Moderated user testing is actual sessions with your current or potential customers in a virtual room like Zoom.
What is unmoderated user testing?
Unmoderated user testing can consist of heat maps, eye gaze mapping tools, surveys, or other passive information gathering resources.
How do we get subjects for user testing?
Many different options can be discussed with your budget in mind. Typically there will be more costs associated with moderated user testing to compensate users for their time in participation. Some, but not all, unmoderated testing may have some costs associated with it as well.
What if I don't have a completed product yet?
